Through successfully working with gaming and tech companies from around the world, Panayiotis has also gained a rich background focused on International Gaming Law and Licensing in various jurisdictions and Legal Framing for Software, Apps and Tech.
Holds a BSc (Hons) & a Masters (MBA) in Finance specializing in the Valuation of Stocks, Bonds, Shares and all Derivatives including Options, Futures and Swaps, from the New York Institute of Technology.
With over 15 years of experience in the corporate and fiduciary sector he has gained extensive experience in Corporate Structuring, International Trusts, Foundations as well as successfully providing complete solutions for High-Risk Activities such as Trading in Precious Stones, Trading in Military Equipment and E-Gaming, whereby banking is very hard to be obtained. He can also provide guidance and consultation to Software companies wishing to enter the Intellectual Property Regime Box (IP BOX) in Cyprus, and to companies that wish to Register Trademarks or Patents. Successfully completed and delivered companies that require special licensing such as Pharmaceutical companies and Insurance companies.
